You can tell these photos are showing plants that are not being stressed by their growing conditions. But still show the same basic form. I think both of you are in growing conditions right now that somewhat stress the plants so they hold those inner petals close the protect the rosette from heat and drought. Will be interesting to see how they do when the weather becomes more moderate.
Would both of you post your photos to the database so we can keep a watch on them to see how the morph? Smiling
