Absolutely, the plant is in desperate need of more light. I personally would start with a fresh new plant in better light, but you could cut back the existing stems and force new growth from it in better light. Be careful on watering it too much and the pot is probably too big now. Also, don't overcompensate by putting it in really strong light at first. It would need to slowly adapt.
