Anyone interested: teriyaki chicken wings

Place chicken wings in a single layer on a sheet pan. Cover with a mix of half soy sauce (or light soy sauce) and half cider vinegar. For 3-5 lbs. of wings, you'll need about 1/3 cup of each. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Turn wings over, lower heat to 325°. Continue for another 2 to 3 hours in a slow oven (325°), turning every 30 minutes or so, until the liquid is absorbed. Total cooking time around 3 hours.

edit: best to use a disposable pan. Otherwise a real bear to clean.

Karen
