Rocked my Fresh Roasted Pumpkin Pie! With the water content in fresh (roughly) pureed pumpkin, and because i just eyeball the ingredients, I never know how it will turn out until you cut into it. Luckily I had some spare filling to taste. Perfect texture, nice golden color and just enough spice!

Next up, Banana Cream Pie a la Paula Deen's, Not Yo' Mama's Banana Pudding recipe. Made the crust with butter and Chessman Cookies. That's a yummy start!
