I sent a reminder to some folks I have not heard from recently that they need to have something entered by swap time tomorrow to participate lest the holidays have caused them to forget when the swap starts. If they are not going to participate they might officially "leave the swap" which will reduce our total number, but also reflect the total more accurately.
For purposes of the final number of participants game from the beginning of the swap, there will be two prizes in the event the number reflected on the swap profile page and the actual number who actively participate is different, one for each.
