Helix is my favorite daylily! It blooms profusely, even as a young specimen. The infamous curl that gives this beautiful specimen it's namesake is what caught my eye.
Helix performs well in the Western exposure of my zone 6a garden. It's scapes are much shorter than what is described, but that characteristic does not deter from the beauty of this daylily!
Helix will always be tops on my list of favorite daylilies!
