The third orchid is a Nobile Dendrobium, Den. Spring Bird 'Kurashiki'. Rather than having canes that are 3-4' tall as do the standard Dendrobium varieties, this variety will only get 8-10" tall. On its multiple canes will be an amazing number of buds and flowers, even on small, young plants. The plants I have probably average 50 flowers/buds and they seem to grow new buds daily. It would not surprise me in the least that these plants end up to over 100 flowers before they finish blooming. These plants will be in flower for several months. These flowers will be pastel white to pink with lavender blush, but as they mature, they change to a rich yellow. The flowers are nicely fragrant. As soon as these plants finish blooming, they need to be up-potted.

The first two photos are of a few of the plants available and the photos were taken 1/21/17. The last two photos show how the color changes.

These plants are very reasonably priced. If you have interest, T-Mail me.
