Have you checked out the baker racks? They sell them at Home Depot and lowes and you would be surprised how affordable they can be especially when they are on sale! That's what Inuse for my potted plants and the newer ones often times will get thrown in a lower shelf while they harden off. Deck railings also work well for me...
Keep us updated with pics I love to see them! Also is there anyway I can see who is selling semps? And what they have? I came across Lynn's store but when I emailed her she informed me she is currently covered in snow! I love Lynn's plants!gotta get me some of those!
