I grew up on Long Island and we had many hurricanes back then, now I'm up north and not to worried, for us here it will be the wind & downed trees. Yesterday I gathered up all my containers and put them away, I'm praying the wind wont kill my elephant ears & cannas,one can only hope for the best. I've got plenty of food & water & ice & candles. I've got chicken cooking now just in case we loose power. It will be here tomorrow at this time 1:00 STAY SAFE......
