Can't wait to see how your peas turn out! I planted turnip, beets, swiss chard and a thumb-size carrot about three weeks ago. Unfortunetly 5 days after I planted we got over 6 inches of rain in 12 hours! Alot of the garden washed. No sign of carrots (no surprise!) but most of the turnip and beets came up ; and a handful of swiss chard.
