Hi and Welcome! ssmithwalley. You did not say which part of Arizona you are moving to but if it is one of the hotter areas you can plant those daylilies now. I grow lots of them in pots and they have done well here in Tucson in filtered light. Iris I cannot help you with. However, pretty sure you can plant the Iris as soon as you arrive, might not get a bloom this year but they should be OK.
