Pippi, I have plants here that are still "seedlings" that are 15 years old - and will always be "seedlings" because I never intend to name them, but I do intend to keep them. I do not give them "garden names" - they go by a cross number, or a description name - "the narrow purple seedling" "the bud builder seedling" "T-00-149-A1"
