Well... there's a little time between these two ... joys .. and we'll have a few brugs to set flowers.. that I'll share here...
for those that aren't famlar with my situation here.. We're in Brooklyn.. overlookng lower Manhattan.. growing in pots and containers on my roof top..
Irene came through.. and shredded alot of things that stood up above the fence.. and was fairly easy on the lower leaves and plants.... and plants that were some what shielded ..
you can see the sparce folage on the upper parts of the brugs.. Georga Peach on the right.. almost always flowering.. and on the left.. Emerald Frost.. a great growing brug.. perhaps one of the most vigorous growing brugs.. and one that flowers wonderfully.. once it has grown out some...
ths is the lower part of the same Emerald Frost plant.. in it's somewhat sheltered corner..
