Thanks everyone----a lovely surprise this morning to have my tip featured, and so many nice comments!
Not all my succulents have done well in our winters (many nights in the low 20s) but sempervivums have a much wider temperature survival range. Do check out Lynn's extremely informative forum on these fun and relatively carefree plants!
