One evening my oldest daughter took her youngest sister with her to the store. Right after they had checked out the younger sister turned to her and said, "Did you see his name? Who would ever name their son that name-- Dick." Her older sister was horrified! Fear running through her mind as to what her sister was thinking. So she braced herself for the answer and calmly asked, "What do you mean?" Her sister said " Well, why would you want to name someone Dicholas? You know Nick--Nicholas and Dick-- Dicholas."
So I have this beautiful Noid to share pictures of. It is in an 18 inch pot.
Huge and captivating! I have been on a mission to find out it's name. Had been thinking of calling it the flying saucer or the dinner plate of daylilies! Who would ever think I would be sent a lost tag daylily that turns out to be Nicholas!!
And better yet now it has two:
If I end up with viable seeds , then seedlings what do you think they should be named?
Oh what joy when ours fears are nothing!
"Fear not I am with you," says the Lord.
May your worries and trouble dissolve into nothingness!
