You have misspelled it indeed. It's Zephirine Drouhin and it's pronounced zef-i-REEN droo-ANH. That's an "a" as in apple, and the last "n" is not pronounced distinctly. It's sort of like the "ng" in working, but only if you're trailing off to sleep as you're saying it. It sort of disappears.
In my experience, the most commonly mispronounced rose is Cecile Brunner. It was named after a woman, so it can't be pronounced SEE-sul. That's a man's name (Cecil). And she was a German woman, so the last name is not broon-NAY. It should be pronounced se-SEEL BROON-nur.
