Oh I've been taking it easy alright to the point of boredom. Blinking
Ready to have more energy but not quite there yet.
My 2 week check up is this coming Monday
and they start you on "mushies" (soft foods)
which will be a treat after 2 weeks of nothing but
water, zero cal drinks, protein drinks and bariatric soup (tastes like vomit.) Thumbs down
I've lost 30 lbs. since my 2 week pre-op diet began.
Coming off so fast its scary but that's what happens.
It tapers off after awhile.
Kind of funny...I can only see difference in my lower
legs, hands, tummy and face. Still about 60 - 70 more lbs. to go.
Enjoying the glorious, early, autumn days here in Michigan!
Hope everybody is doing well. Smiling
