Only problem I ever saw with people (men/women both) doing these kinds of surgeries IS that they lost MASSIVE amounts of weight.. and then had to have reconstructive surgery for the excess skin everywhere. Let's hope that doesn't happen to much with you!! But sounds like you're making awesome progress.. lot better than I am (and I'm busting my patookie at the gym almost every night!!).
