So, the MOTH is saying "if it ain't broke don't fix it"? I guess he's not dealing with what you're dealing with.
If you get no service, product is inferior, you're paying for "nothing" basically... I'd say it's broke. But, if you just want a change, MOTH may be right.
However, being told the service wo/man "went to a non-existent address" would tell me that if I had not yet reached rock bottom I'd soon hit it HARD. It's pretty impossible to go to an address that doesn't exist... ya think they were lying???????
Sounds like everything has already gone downhill.
