Update: Dave talked to Randy for me at the Tiny Town Local Hardware Store. Randy said that he doesn't deal much with Quickcrete (they use another company usually), but he would try to see if he could make a small order with them and get me 5 bags in the next couple of weeks.
Just to give you an idea of how Tiny Town this place is- it's probably one of the few places left in the US where people walk around smoking inside and the employees have ash trays behind the counter!
Anyway- there's hope left!
