I forgot where I was supposed to post this.
Corn Sausage Chowder:
1 lb bulk pork sausage
1 c. Chopped onion (I use less)
4 c. Cubed peeled potatoes (in a hurry use bag of frozen shredded hash browns)
1 tsp salt
1 can cream chicken soup
I add some chicken bullion too)
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can cream corn
1 12 oz package frozen corn
2% milk plus 1/2 and 1/2 to consistency desired
In kettle brown sausage and onion and drain. Return to pot and add remaining ingredients and simmer until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 Servings more or less
This is my "adjusted recipe". Enjoy. It also freezes and makes great left overs.
