FYI, Dave has now imported all the registration info into our database including the zone according to foliage type and bloom traits like eyed, watermark, halo, etc. so all the details are filled in, all we need are photos and any additional details that are not included in the registration. Most of that kind of info can be found on the hybridizer's websites and of course your own personal experience with a plant.
To get to the database, click on the
Plant Database tab at the top and then you can simply type in the cultivar name of the daylily in the search box. Occasionally, that name could be shared by other plants like iris or roses, you simply select the plant that you want. You can also browse by genus (hemerocallis) and look for the cultivar alphabetically, which is helpful if you are unsure of the exact spelling.
To add an image, you can find the ink on the left side or any entry or scroll down to bottom of the entry and you will see the 'Upload a Photo' link.
