You have and use common sense. On another thread on this site I am offering to mail NOID succulents to anyone who will pay postage. One woman (not from the Mid West) responded that she'd take some but first I need to send her a list of what I was going to mail her. I explained what NOID meant. No, I need that list first. I do not want to even pay postage if it something I already have. I'm not mailing her anything. Gene
