Jo Ann, that would be a real drawback if it died because it got too "special". You're right it is not the fastest grower, but it grew 6 offspring while being totally root bound in a 1.5" x 2" pot for 1.5 years. There's not much growth since it turned white. Maybe that's its way to go dormant? Big Grin For the moment it looks very healthy despite the rainy weather we had in the last weeks. Theres are both named and NOID varieties that look much worse at the moment.
The offspring I separated in September did not change much since I planted them, but at least there's no sign of rot or dead leaves until now. Keeping my fingers crossed Crossing Fingers! for the whole "family".
