All of these were propagated by cuttings at least 18", up to 36". This allows for 6-12" of stem to be submerged and take root. The root systems that result from this kind of cutting are amazing!
Not including the tiny 'White Jewel' in the next 2 pics which is still too small since purchase to trim, for my taste.
Either today or next weekend, the tallest top is coming off of the tallest tree in this pot. It's too tall to get light inside.
The mass at front/center of this pot is a big air plant that lives between the Dracaena trunks.
In the process of being repotted. All of its' pot-mates found new homes a few weeks ago. This lil' guy went into a new pot with new friends yesterday.
Coleus, the stem on the right. This is just one of about 150 stems that I will keep over winter, some in water all winter as pictured, some will get stuck in pots of other house plants that have air or elbow space available. Having 3-4 nodes of naked stem allows them to be stuck very deep, so they stay upright.
This is all from the Coleus I saved last winter.
The golden rule: Do to others only that which you would have done to you.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The 2nd best time is now. (-Unknown)
