My friend made just as many rolls (we sorta cheat and use the Rhodes frozen ones, but, technically, we DO "bake them ourselves".) Those rolls went off the table as fast as we put the bags on. I brush mine with melted butter when I take them out of the oven; I just love butter-soaked rolls crusts. My friend does not do that.
