That's a whole lotta tomatoes! I gathered mine this week and put them on a table, spread out so they don't touch each other. They'll ripen over the next few weeks. we'll use some in salads, have a few to can, and the last ones to ripen don't have much flavor and are watery, but they hide very well in soup! I grew Big Beef, Legend, and a new to me gold when ripe variety called Jubilee. It tastes better than the red ones.
Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.
