Before and after threads are always so fun!!
I started my garden here in 2011 on 1/2 acre after moving 600 potted plants from my crammed city lot.
Before and afters (these afters are from 2015):
We added a large storage shed, this only shows 1/2 of it.
To the existing bench we added a pergola using a free recycled satellite dish
Below is summer 2015
2017 summer, (a beautiful coop and chickens are also part of the garden):
Hubby built raised beds (to keep out gophers) for veggies.
One corner was planted with a climbing rose.
Used collected rocks and clay pipes to build retaining walls
