I have no use for internet bullies!

Ice packs are good but I am not grown up enough to put ice on myself. What I do is take two aspirin before I get out there, wear a back support when I know I will be out working in the yard. Also, support stocking. I know,

not very stylish but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do to feel pain-free. I got the back support one a size larger and wear it a bit lower than in the photo. Pretty good price; got it at the local Walmart.
