I don't know where you live or how cold it might be in your location but you might add Find A Grave to your list of things to do indoors. You can transcribe photos for the site. Also, there is the World Archives Project - the project I enjoyed the most was transcribing from the books of Postmasters. What a hoot to see al the ole-time handwriting.

Are you in the USA? If so, some folks might be able to send some seeds to you.
