Yes, Caroline. Poterium sanguisorba is still an accepted name.

Many other things have changed in the genus in the last five years, however. There are a lot of new species and subspecies that have to be added. Sanguisorba minor is now a synonym for Poterium sanguisorba subsp. sanguisorba. I'll update both of these genera today.
