I can't decide which season is my favorite ... probably Spring. Here in this part of Florida there's always some plant blooming year round but I seem to always be ready for the next season to arrive! Our spring is usually fairly short here but if we have a particularly cold winter it's always wonderful when spring arrives.
Then summer gets here and seems to go on forever, and the heat and humidity are so oppressive that I'm wishing for autumn in July!
We don't get much of a fall season here unfortunately, and I sure wish we did. I love when the days are cool and the humidity is low and it's pleasant to be outside, and it's always great when there's a little nip in the air at night!
Winter is my least favorite season and I dislike real cold weather. I've lived in Florida so long and haven't owned a coat in 45 years ... I remember going to Colorado once at Thanksgiving and had to borrow a heavy coat, hat and gloves from my sister for the trip. It was the first and only time I've been in negative temperatures and having to wear so many layers of clothes was an experience ... I thought I was going to fall over from all the weight. If I lived somewhere with long cold winters I'd have to hibernate for sure. I can take a few weeks of winter but prefer it to be quick so that spring can arrive again. Am I wishy washy or what?
Ok ... I guess I'm Team Spring and Team Fall!
