Our Winter has not been too bad, all things considered...never seem to know what to expect here...of course I suppose that can be said all across the globe now. We went from constant drought conditions in SoCal...to 30 " of rain the first Winter here, I was ecstatic ! Some sun, some rain....really good, second Winter was the same...love this...the next Winter was over 100" of rain, not smiling anymore. This Winter was supposed to be a La Nina year, colder and wetter here...so, it has been colder, but bearable and not as wet as I'd feared. I saw our heavy freeze nights as a sign to get off my tush and sow those things that would like it. I am needing some encouragement about this Spring thing...I sowed clematis, goldenrod and (I checked on the third, it was sanguisorba).....so I go out there each day to look and say "Up, Up, Up !! Get Up !...lol...

I think that we are all tired of Winter...I am in desperate need of warmer, sunnier days....my spirit is lagging and I think I'm getting pretty Snarky...
I could be wrong...
and.....
"maybe I should have kept my mouth shut....."
The Urge for Seeds is Strong in This One.....
