Hmm....Well, I've been having trouble getting it to work, so I gave up, and just today I read somewhere else on the NGA (don't remember where, of course

), that it's not supported any longer (perhaps by the company??

) so I figured that was why.

Perhaps I should uninstall and reinstall....
