Deb that's a great idea....I did try that long before my diagnosis but perhaps it's time to get back into it again. Smiling There are certified gluten free products at the natural food store that really are comparable in price to the drugstore products, since they've been increasing in price. There is a company online, called Joelle, that makes nothing but organic, certified gluten free products. They're like a mom & pop company, and their prices are fairly comparable to drugstore prices and shipping is free. Smiling I'm getting my makeup from them, but I don't wear makeup but maybe a couple times a month, at best. Just found them about 8 months ago, so I'm still experimenting with face wash and such. Trouble is, I get impatient and lazy and take advantage of the convenience of the drugstore, more often than I should. Rolling my eyes. Rolling my eyes.
