First let's see if we can sort it out so that you can upload your photos yourself. Do you just use a phone to access the website, or do you take photos on the phone and access the site via your computer instead?
It is possible to upload photos directly from your phone using the browser. If you can make a forum post from your phone, then you should be able to upload a photo.
