I accidently posted the wrong photo

which I'm going to delete after I post this - I am so sorry.

This is what we used on our door and also our outdoor swing.

I'm thinking once it's dry, it "should" be ok for birdhouses. Unless the birds/animals started eating the wood, it should be ok.
