I discovered they give you a quantity discount if you order enough....
and I think they are selling out fairly quickly. . I would swear Lemon Meringue was available the first time I checked, then 10 minutes later it wasn't. So...with the pressure on, I didn't let myself think on it overnight. I just clicked and clicked. Got some good ones that I've been wanting for a while.
I already have Westerland, Jacob's Robe and Autumn Sunset growing right next to each other so I wanted to put Lemon Meringue in with that group, but oh well too late.
I did get another CanCan, and Winner's Circle, both of which were new ones for me this year. Morning Magic was new to me this year also, and it held up to our heat. I replaced a Polka that succumbed to RRD with another Polka. I had Eden at my last house, and while it didn't bloom much, I love the form of the bloom so much that I bought the other colors too. John Davis and the Charlatan are both new ones for me but they should be super hardy. Too bad Cape Diamond is sold out, I love that rose. I bought it a few years ago and showed it at our District show and won a ribbon, my first in roses. No one had ever seen that one before, and there were no other entries with it, so that's how I got the ribbon. Big Grin
Another one I missed out on is Pearly Gates. Maybe I'll find it somewhere next year. Climbing Orange Crush looks like it would play well with Westerland, so I got it.
I can vouch for Candy Land and Soaring spirits--they are disease free here.
Thanks for enabling, i think.... Whistling
