Chelle the ones I got from the Sedum co-op are all still small. Next year they will take off and reach their full glory if given the room to grow. I don't fertilize as it seems to make them more prone to flopping over.
I love the combination of the sedum and asters. For me it was an accident so to speak. : )
I didn't have anyplace to put the S. 'Autumn Joy' or the asters some one gave me, so I sunk them both into a pile of forest product compost. The next year they when they both started coming up I still didn't know where I wanted to put them, so I left them right where they were. What a wonderful surprise the combination was. Thumbs up

Can you go back to the co-op thread and check to see which sedum you ended up with?
