A lot of those are in the database and I grow a bunch of trhem.
Red Cauli has red stems. Xenox has dark foliage and light colored blooms. Purple Emperor has dark purple foliage. Frosty Morn has bicolor foliage and light colored blooms. Spurium Tricolor is too small. Matrona has light colored blooms. Neon has neon pink blooms.

But Carl, now that is definitely a possibility!
