I just leave my succulents outdoors all year long. My area has mild winters, so no snow. However, I do notice our weather pattern is changing a lot..so far, keeping fingers crossed every winter, that these lovely succulents will fight on and come back as soon as spring and drier season comes about. I almost lost the Austropuntia cylindrica cristata last time, but I think it is now much acclimated. I almost killed a Sanseveira too, but have finally been able to re-pot, and is coming back slowly. There was much rains last winter. I really have to make sure the soil drains very well, otherwise these succulents will go soggy.

I got the Sedum morgianum from my aunt in 2008, so 4 years? It is hard to keep them from breaking!!! String of beads holds better than this burritos...before I felt so apprehensive when burritos fall off, but it just comes back pretty easy, each fallen burrito is a new plant in the making Big Grin
