I was only thinking of the copper for it's decorative value you could easily use plastic tubing and just cover it in some way. I was thinking an inexpensive table top fountain would work well for the other part. You can get some pretty inexpensive ones now and it would make the water part very easy to do. Maybe a piece of PVC pipe cut and painted instead of the copper gutter. Maybe ceramic floor tiles in the 12x12 or 24x24 size instead of their cut stone or cut flag stone. Since you wouldn't need a lot of them you might find some leftovers someone is trying to sell cheap. Lots of ideas to adapt this to your size and pocket book.
