I have several older 3-4' plants with lots of leaves & branches but no blooms. I live in southern Georgia so warm sun is in plentiful supply. I don't know what I'm doing wrong except that i do continue to water them all year. Should I stop altogether in winter even in my climate? They stay outside all year except on exceptionally cold nights (<35). Any ideas?
