The second to the last photo is a Kalanchoe delagoensis sometimes aka Kalanchoe tubiflora, or commonly Mother of Thousands. And Hetty is right, it can get to be very invasive, those little growth at the tips are its babies..I also have that plant in my garden and am watching how it fares..so far the weather helps me control its growth, and since I have pavers around, I can easily spot them and put them back to their container.

The third to the last photo, the one with stripes on the leaves, it looks like a young Crassula perforata. It grows nice yellow flowers. This is a photo taken in our garden summer of 2010:
