They are beautiful fruits ... and tasty too. I planted a tree in my yard in Nor Cal. I believe it was the Hachiya if memory serves me correctly ... which it sometimes doesn't. I have a good recipe for Persimmon Cookies but not gluten free. I think I'll make some this year. I haven't in awhile.
I garden for the pollinators.
