I kinda was. I should have realized that it was 4 years ago. I took some pictures but I couldn't remember who posted exactly what. I just know that when I first started reading it, I must have seen the title in the AAQ forum and, of course, it took me to the first unread. Which I now know was 4 years ago and that was before I was a member. I do remember trying to figure out from your drawing why you even needed a privacy hedge since you already had a forest.

But I desperately need to find some evergreen shrubs, preferably native, that will get a little sun but not much. And attract pollinators. The front of my house looks pathetic. All was fine when I bought the house; then a painter mostly killed everything;, then because I knew nothing about plants and the landscaper I hired apparently knew nothing either because the shrubs he planted were almost choked to death by the ground cover he planted. Actually a few were choked to death and I had to remove them. The story gets longer and worse but I'll spare y'all. Just take my word for it that what I have now is just laughable. I have to do something but have no idea what.
