Welcome! Roxy. It is hard to keep black spot off roses in humid climates. Why don't you pose this question over on the Rose Forum and be sure to mention you are living in Florida so they understand your growing conditions.

Also, if you go to your profile page (little person in upper right hand corner) you can add your location. Florida is such a large state that there might be different recommendations depending on your area, it always helps those offering advice.
