The show was last weekend and I just got a chance to go through my pictures. I tried to catch the tags when I took the pictures but didn't always get it. When I did get it in the picture, I blew it up before making the pic smaller so I could read the ID. Some I could only read the first word or nothing at all.

The show is put on by the Cactus and Succulent club I belong to, it is affiliated with CICY (Centro de Investigación Cientifica de Yucatán) which is a university and research center for plant biology, natural resources, sustainable development, etc. It's well respected institution and their gardens are wonderful. The club I joined is mostly students, graduate students, instructors and researchers from CICY. They give great presentations on different cactus and succulents at every monthly meeting and there are sales and you can bring in plants for ID. It is in Spanish however many of the members speak English and help me with a word if I get stuck. This was the club's annual judged show and sale.

I'll start with some Agaves.

Agave filifera

Agave isthmensis

Agave patonii I didn't really get in the picture how flat this one is, it hugs the ground.

Euphorbia cylindrifolia - a really unusual looking plant

Another unusual plant, all I could read from the tag was that it was entered in the Cactus Columnar group.

A Gasteria, I don't know which one.

Gasteria nitida

I'll start another post with the Haworthia's and end with one of the groups in the arrangement category (not sure of the actual title of this category).
