It is 76 delightful degrees outside, partly cloudy with a gentle, refreshing breeze out of the north. All of the neighbors are out stringing Christmas lights in their front yards except one. This clown is building an insulated hut around a mango tree in his back yard and stuffing the Christmas lights inside of it. There is always one in every neighborhood.
