Peaches N' Cream Cake

Cake
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup of water
1/3 cup oil

Icing
Big can of peaches, drained
8oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
peach juice, we eyeball it.

Pour cake batter into greased and floured (or nonstick) 9x13 pan. Place peaches on top of the batter. Mix cream cheese, sugar and some peach juice together for icing. Spread on top of the peaches on the batter and keep the icing away from the sides of the pan.

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until done.
